The popup reappears while IDM runs. Right-click the IDM tray icon (next to the clock) → Exit. Closing the window is not enough — the process must end.
Get IAS_v1.2_WindowsAddict.cmd from the download pack (or use the copy you already extracted). Right-click → Run as administrator.
